Do I need a user account to register
The LBA Metadata Editor can be accessed by anyone as a guest, but to create a file that can
be searched by Beija-flor, you must have a user account and password.

have to make this data public?
Contact the LBA DIS manager for waiver approval. All data, however, must
have registered metadata regardless of accessibility restrictions.
