Dataset Abstract:

This data set demonstrates how litter biomass density is distributed differently after a selective logging event. The data are categorized by type of land cover or disturbance. The categories are: Forest, Gap, Skids, Roads, Deck Edges, and Deck Center. The biomass measurements were made in March of 2003.
Data Quality Statement: The Data Center has determined that this data set has missing or incomplete data, metadata, or other documentation resulting in diminished usability of this product. User beware.
The original spreadsheet has been converted to comma-delimited ASCII, but there are issues that the archive team has been unable to resolve and which affect the usefulness of the data.
