Dataset Abstract:

Surface and Top of the Atmosphere Shortwave Radiation Budget (SRB) for a period of 133 months. The radiative fluxes provided were derived from satellite data using version 2.0 of the Global Energy and Water Cycle Experiment (GEWEX) Shortwave Radiation Budget algorithm. The satellite data input to the algorithm was obtained from the D1 product of the International Satellite Cloud Climatology Project (ISCCP). Radiative fluxes at the surface and at the top of the atmosphere are provided for both the shortwave (0.2-4.0 micrometers) and the visible (0.4-0.7 micrometers) spectra.
