Dataset Abstract:

The data set consists of fluxes of isoprene and monoterpenes above Amazonian rainforest were measured by eddy covariance and eddy accumulation techniques. The mixing rations of isoprene about 10 m above the canopy were as high as 2 ppbv and those of a-pinene as high as 50 pptv. a-Pinene was the most abundant monoterpene in the air above the canopy comprising approximately 50 % of the total monoterpene mixing ratio. A manuscript describing the results of these measurements has been submitted to Atmospheric Environment.
