Data Collection

DESCRIPTION

We are currently doing fieldwork. This site visit represents continuing data collection by two field assistants currently working with us (Rose and Arilson). For this activity they need 1 vehicle to go to Ruropolis and Placas. They will be visiting local institutions (like the health agency and Emater) to collect data on rural communities. They will also visit rural communities (along TransAmazon feeder roads and BR-163 feeder roads) during their trip.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS

We (Eduardo Brondizio and Andrea Siqueira) are leaving Santarem on the 24, but Rose and Arilson are well experienced with our research protocol and familiar with LBA procedures. They will mail and email us results from this research.
